Refund policy

Satisfaction Guarantee:

Returned unopened un-used non-special order merchandise for a 100% refund less shipping & handling (if applicable) for 30 days. This means, that if you paid to ship, you will not get back the shipping costs and if you return an item, you will have to pay the shipping to return it. Exceptions may be made, case by case. If we make an error shipping you the incorrect product, we do reserve the right to ask that this product be returned before correcting the error, because more often than not, we never see the item returned and if it is a high-demand product, we may, in rare situations, need it back. We will ship the corrected item once the return item is being tracked, you will not have to fully wait until delivered for the exchange to occur. In most cases, we will also send a nice gift with the replacement due to our error.

Custom Badge & Special Orders:  

We have a minimum requirement of 15 aluminum badges, use the Contact Us page if you would like to discuss. In rare cases, we can do less, but the cost is significantly more than you see on our site. Sales are final on all forms of special orders, no cancelation. 

Orders Over $100: 15% re-stocking fee, which helps cover the free USA priority shipping upgrade we provided you and the extra time it took to assemble that order. If free USA priority shipping is not used, you will not be charged the restocking fee (for example, international 1st class may have been your choice if out of our country).
